<h1>Your mission</h1><p>As part of our continued growth in the DACH market, we are expanding our Professional Services team with an experienced Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant. <br><br>As a Senior IGA Consultant, you will lead the implementation of Matrix42 Identity Governance &amp; Administration solutions for customers across the public and private sectors. <br><br>Working closely with customers, project managers, architects, consultants, and partner organizations, you will ensure successful project delivery while helping customers establish efficient, secure, and scalable identity governance processes. <br><br><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong> <br><ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li>Lead end-to-end implementations of Matrix42 Identity Governance &amp; Administration solutions </li><li>Analyze customer business processes and identity governance requirements </li><li>Lead customer workshops and requirement gathering activities </li><li>Challenge customer requirements and recommend Identity Governance best practices based on industry standards and real-world experience </li><li>Design and configure Identity Governance solutions that meet customer business and security objectives </li><li>Configure identity lifecycle processes, approval workflows, provisioning processes, and access governance policies </li><li>Define and support integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, and enterprise applications </li><li>Create technical and functional documentation </li><li>Deliver administrator and end-user training </li><li>Support customers during testing, go-live, and hyper-care </li><li>Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, consultants, and other internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery </li><li>Enable and support Matrix42 implementation partners during customer projects </li><li>Share implementation best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies </li><li>Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise when required </li></ul></p><br><h1>Your profile</h1><p>We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance professional with a strong consulting mindset and proven implementation experience. <br><strong> Must have </strong><br><ul><li>Several years of hands-on experience implementing Identity Governance &amp;
