Sales Negotiator for Nina's Kitchen, Tampere - WireStaff Helsinki Oy

We are looking for an energetic, customer-oriented, and proactive sales negotiator to strengthen Nina's Kitchen sales team. In this role, you will plan and sell catering services to corporate and private clients, from meetings and corporate events to family celebrations and large gatherings. You will be a trusted partner for the customer from the first contact to the successful execution of the event—and beyond. If you are enthusiastic about sales, customer service, love good food, and can create functional solutions based on customer wishes, this position is for you. As a sales negotiator, you will be responsible for actively selling our catering services, acquiring new customers, and planning and coordinating client events. Your tasks include: * Active sales of catering services to corporate and private clients and new customer acquisition * Handling requests for quotes and preparing proposals in the CRM system * Planning client events together with customers * Designing menus and catering options according to customer needs, budget, and event type * Consulting clients on catering, schedules, and overall event management * Arranging customer meetings and site visits * Collaborating closely with restaurants and production to ensure high-quality event execution * Developing catering services together with the team * Participating in catering events when necessary * Managing customer relationships * Creating marketing materials for sales * Producing content for the company's website and social media channels. The role requires excellent spoken and written Finnish skills, fluent English, and a valid B driver’s license. Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or event industry, as well as sales experience, is appreciated.
