Group Supervisor Inari Municipality - Inarin kunta - Inari, Finland

We are seeking a group supervisor for Inari Municipality by 15:00 on July 22, 2026. The position is permanent, with the current placement at Saariselkä Daycare. The group supervisor may also work at other daycare centers within Inari Municipality as needed. Responsibilities include guiding children, supporting independent activities, and performing other daycare tasks when necessary. The role involves participating in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and development of early childhood education with the team. The supervisor primarily works with groups of children requiring support. We value initiative, a developmental approach, good interaction skills, and experience in similar tasks. Experience and proficiency in English and/or Sami are considered advantages. The qualification requirement for the role is a valid qualification under the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018); a relevant professional qualification or equivalent. The average working hours are 38 hours and 15 minutes per week. The starting salary is from €2,354.94 per month. Additionally, a 3% Inari bonus, experience-based allowances, and other possible supplements (e.g., language bonus) are paid, along with benefits according to the Collective Agreement.
