Job Description
Mirakl is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead a global team of approximately 12 professionals. The role involves architecting and operating the AI-powered revenue engine that drives predictable growth across all business units and regions. You will define and own the RevOps strategy, data infrastructure, processes, and AI agents, acting as the orchestration layer between teams. Responsibilities include managing pipeline health, forecasting, Salesforce data quality, supporting new product launches, and leading a team of about 10 professionals. You will influence executive decision-making and be a key driver of Mirakl's AI transformation, working closely with sales, product, and analytics teams.
