Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator - Eilakaisla Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented coordinator for a full-time, permanent position in Espoo. The role involves acting as a contact person for company partners and customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, monitoring the company's IT systems, processing orders, and coordinating process progress. You will communicate daily with multiple stakeholders and assist customers with various issues. The ideal candidate has a few years of experience in similar roles, preferably with order processing or logistics background. Good English skills and up-to-date IT skills are required. The work is primarily between 8:00-16:00 on weekdays, with a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office weekly). Salary starts from €2800/month depending on skills and experience.
