In this role, you don't just sell. Lead. Build. Win. As a Sales Manager at Taloturva, you will take the helm of the sales of pipe renovation business. Lead the sales team, develop operations, and ensure that goals are achieved rather than just written on paper. As a Sales Manager, your responsibility is to lead and grow Taloturva's pipe renovation services sales. In daily work, this means: Recruiting, training, and coaching the sales team; Developing and implementing sales strategies; Setting clear goals and monitoring progress; Negotiating sales and managing key accounts; Analyzing results and reporting. You will have access to effective tools, strong support, and training to succeed and develop to the top. What do customers say about the service?
