In home care, we support clients in living their lives as they wish at home for as long as possible through multidisciplinary collaboration. Your work in home care is diverse, human-centered, and meaningful, involving care and support tasks in clients' homes. In addition to basic care, your duties include medical tasks such as medication management, as well as assisting with meals, medication, personal hygiene, and necessary support services. You will interact daily with clients, so a flexible and warm approach is a significant strength in this role. We utilize the latest healthcare technology, such as medication automats and video calls, which streamline work and add variety to your workdays. Although most of the work is independent fieldwork, you will never be alone — you will always have a competent and caring team supporting you. What we expect from you: - We can consider you for a practical nurse substitute if you are a licensed practical nurse or a practical nursing student who has completed medication studies and at least 2/3 of your studies (120 ECTS), with a valid study right. Students of nursing or public health nurses with at least 60 ECTS completed and a valid study right are also eligible. - The salary for a licensed practical nurse in this role is €2,721.38/month. - A driver’s license and access to a car are preferred. We also value if you have completed the Love medication online tests. - Customer-oriented thinking, good communication skills, and a development-minded work attitude are appreciated. Proficiency in Finnish is required for customer and reporting tasks. Start date and duration will be agreed upon flexibly, considering your personal situation. The probation period is half of the employment duration. The working hours are shift work, averaging 38 hours and 15 minutes per week, including morning and evening shifts. A criminal record extract according to section 6, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Records Act is required from the selected candidate.
