Are you the Café Manager we are looking for? We are currently seeking a Café Manager for our client, Kujalan Porotila, in a beautiful setting for the upcoming winter season 2026–2027! As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for the café and catering restaurant at the reindeer farm. Your duties include customer service in Finnish and English, daily operational tasks in the café, and organizing meals for the reindeer farm visitors. Additionally, you will oversee the display and sales of products in the farm shop, catering and wholesale orders, as well as the overall management and self-monitoring of café operations. You will work in diverse environments such as the café, catering restaurant, hut, and camp, where food is served and stories about reindeer life and the farm’s history are shared. This position is part of a large and professional team, with comprehensive training provided. Previous experience in similar roles is required; familiarity with tourism or reindeer industry is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate is flexible, responsible, friendly, and customer-oriented. You are interested in developing your skills and learning new things. You handle pressure well and possess good interaction and problem-solving skills. The full-time employment begins in November, with the duration until the end of March, based on agreement. The employment contract is between Bondata and the employee. The employment follows the collective agreement for tourism, restaurant, and leisure services.
