As demand increases and our operations expand, we are now looking for an active, ambitious B2C salesperson who enjoys interacting with people in Vaasa. Welcome, the future awaits! As a B2C salesperson, your main task is to sell fiber optic solutions to potential customers interested in fiber optics. Valokuitunen’s B2C customers include owners or residents of semi-detached and detached houses. Daily tasks include contacting customers, meeting them, and maintaining customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to create great customer experiences. The position is permanent and part-time, generally 25-37 hours per week. Working hours are weekdays 16-20 and weekends 10-18. The job is suitable also for students or those seeking additional income. In the role - Gain experience and skills in sales: sales are conducted face-to-face at customers’ homes or at various marketing events. - Work with skilled and top colleagues at Valokuitunen. - Work in different sales areas. - Receive comprehensive training and learn important skills relevant to your tasks. - Sales are conducted in Finnish, so fluent Finnish is essential. - Your base salary is €12.50/hour, plus a commission model. The average salary is €23/hour. - Success requires a positive and cheerful attitude, and courage to meet new people. We value an ambitious and goal-oriented attitude, as well as courage to approach customers at their homes. Although the role requires a systematic, active, and independent work approach, immediate support from the team is available. Previous sales experience is not required; a proactive and sales-oriented attitude is most important. The position includes comprehensive onboarding, with training days scheduled separately before starting. Having a car and a driver’s license is an advantage.
