Site Supervisor for Earthworks Projects - Veljekset Ovaska Oy

Veljekset Ovaska Oy is a growing earthworks company, and we are looking for two responsible site supervisors / foremen for street and municipal engineering as well as other earthwork contracts. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of the construction site and be responsible for schedules, cost monitoring, work quality, and safety. The position emphasizes responsibility, initiative, and the ability to manage the site. The projects mainly consist of street and municipal engineering works, such as water and sewer networks, stormwater systems, cabling, and the construction of streets and infrastructure. The sites are primarily located in Southeast Finland, but willingness to travel is considered an advantage. We are not only looking for individuals with long experience but above all responsible, committed, and eager to develop professionals who want to lead sites and take responsibility for the success of the work.
