Job Description
You will be responsible for sales and account management for existing customers and develop new customers to achieve the budgeted sales and profit contribution. You will report to the Country Business Manager and will be based in Cikarang. Your responsibilities will include managing existing accounts, identifying new potential customers, promoting products, understanding the product portfolio and sales process, solving technical issues with coordination with the Quality Assurance & Technical Support Team, managing market intelligence, monitoring market trends, timely collections, and preparing reports such as sales forecast, customer sales forecast, competitor activity, pricing movements, and customer complaints.
