Luhta has introduced a new, attractive, multi-channel high-personalized service level fashion concept called Your & More, targeting Finnish adult consumers with a focus on quality, style, and customer service. The store offers collections from domestic fashion brands such as Your Face, Ril`s, Luhta Smart, and Balmuir, emphasizing a stylish shopping environment, relaxed atmosphere, durable quality, and customer-oriented service. We are now seeking a customer service-oriented, stylish, and well-coordinated stylist for the Your & More Tripla store in Helsinki. The role involves providing personalized styling services, achieving sales targets through styling and sales, and assisting customers with fashion solutions using color and body shape tips. The ideal candidate has experience in clothing sales or styling, is at least 18 years old, fluent in Finnish, flexible with working evenings and weekends, and has a passion for fashion and sales. The position is permanent, part-time, averaging 30 hours per week, with a 26-week smoothing period. The work begins around early August, at Your & More Tripla, Fredikanterassi 1, Helsinki. The role includes active customer service, sales, and store routines, with training provided. The salary follows the Collective Agreement (B) and includes employee benefits.
