Are you the new Lidl employee? Attention! We are now looking for shift supervisors for our stores in Pietarsaari and Kokkola - Downtown and Indian Village. No previous supervisory experience required, as the famous attitude is what counts! The shift supervisor manages their own shift, ensuring smooth store operations and staff work in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager. This role is a valuable line on any CV and a great step in a leadership career. Suitable also for career changers with team leadership experience. The role offers responsibility without the full burden. We expect from you a cheerful customer service attitude, experience in retail or service sector, interest in supervisory work, and Finnish language skills for customer service and handling complaints.
