Logistics Worker at Mäntyluoto Shipyard - RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu Oy - Pori, Finland

We are looking for two warehouse workers for Mäntyluoto shipyard to perform diverse warehouse and material handling tasks. The work is practical and varied within a shipyard environment. Most work is outdoors regardless of weather conditions, so we value a proactive attitude and willingness to perform physical work as part of a skilled team. The tasks include, among others: Receiving and inspecting materials, Picking and preparing deliveries, Moving and handling large metal parts, Operating forklift, magnetic crane, and other tools, Maintaining general order in the warehouse, Collaborating with production and logistics. We expect from you: Initiative and responsibility in your work, Ability to work outdoors year-round, Experience with forklift driving and/or operating lifting equipment, Safe working practices, Teamwork skills and flexibility. Previous experience in metal, warehouse, or shipyard environments is considered an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
