Technical Property Maintenance Technician Tampere - Alltime Suomi Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are seeking a technical property maintenance technician for Tampere in a versatile and responsible role, where you will utilize your technical skills and influence the smooth daily operation of our clients' properties. The employment is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/week). The start date is negotiable, but no later than August 1, 2026. As a technical property maintenance technician, you will be responsible for various property maintenance tasks, including interior and exterior upkeep, maintenance and repair work, and monitoring and troubleshooting of technical systems. The role requires an independent work approach, initiative, and responsibility. A valid B-driving license is required. We hope you have a technical property maintenance qualification, at least three years of experience, understanding of building automation, and good teamwork and customer service skills.
