Analyst - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

We are seeking a highly proactive and commercially minded Analyst to support a critical pay data collection initiative on a 6‑month temporary contract. The role involves outbound engagement with companies to collect compensation data through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. The candidate should be confident in cold calling, have strong communication skills, and be able to operate independently in a target-driven environment. Responsibilities include researching prospects, conducting outreach, asking consultative questions, addressing objections, and maintaining data accuracy. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant practical experience is also considered.
