Job Description
Orkla Foods Norge is not a technology company, but technology and digitalization are crucial for strengthening business power, efficiency, and competitiveness. They are seeking a strategic and business-oriented CIO to leverage technology, data, and digitalization for measurable impact across the value chain. The role involves overseeing IT solutions, digital strategy, and IT organization, managing SAP S/4HANA stabilization, developing IT capacity, and driving data, analytics, and AI projects. The CIO will report to the PMO & IT director, work closely with the CEO and leadership team, and ensure effective IT governance, security, and operational stability. The candidate should have extensive experience in senior IT roles, a strong understanding of ERP, data, and infrastructure environments, and the ability to connect technology with business goals. A relevant higher education in technology or economics is required, along with proven results in complex organizations. This is a key leadership role in a major Norwegian FMCG company, influencing the entire value chain and strategic IT initiatives.
