Cleaning Supervisor for Educational Facility in Jämsä - SOL Palvelut Oy - Jämsä, Finland

We are looking for a responsible and versatile cleaning supervisor to lead the daily work at an educational facility in Jämsä. The role involves managing the cleaning team, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction, training staff, coordinating service requests, planning work, participating in cleaning tasks when needed, and maintaining safety standards. The position requires relevant education or proven experience, at least one year of supervisory experience, good customer service and organizational skills, flexibility in working hours, basic cleaning skills, and being of legal age. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6 am to 8 pm, typically 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility.
