Responsible for developing Pulla-Pirtti's sales and expanding customer relationships in the Oulu area, as well as the Bothnian coast from Oulu to Vaasa and Seinäjoki. In this role, you will work closely with customers, build long-term partnerships, and promote sales and growth at the bakery's home ground. The primary area is Oulu and the surrounding regions south of Oulu. The role requires readiness for travel and active fieldwork. Your tasks include building and developing Pulla-Pirtti's position in the local retail sector, focusing on developing and expanding existing customer accounts, understanding customer needs and acting as a natural partner, being actively present in stores, participating in product displays, sales promotion, and tastings if necessary, achieving sales targets and identifying new growth opportunities, acting as a commercial negotiator, capable of creating mutually beneficial solutions in a practical and results-oriented manner, collaborating closely with internal teams and actively sharing information about customer needs and market developments within the organization.
