Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of analytics engineers
- Drive the rollout and adoption of Lightdash

Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or technical analytics roles
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Proficiency in dbt, SQL, and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience with semantic layer / metrics layer (Lightdash, Looker, MetricFlow)
- Experience in self-service analytics adoption
