Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic salespeople to join our team in Helsinki for a fixed-term summer position. As a sales assistant, you will play a key role in creating a smooth and positive customer experience by identifying customer needs and offering tailored sales solutions using Elisa's services and products. The work is mainly conducted over the phone, including outbound sales calls. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week), starting as soon as possible in May, and lasting until the end of September. The work shifts are Monday to Friday, from 07:50 to 18:15, at our Pasila office. We offer a comprehensive training, a base salary of 2450 €/month according to ICT sector collective agreement, plus bonuses for sales success. We seek motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused individuals with good communication skills in Finnish and English, and Swedish is a plus.
