Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new potential business customers and maintaining and developing existing customer relationships. Your task is to generate interest among customers in climate-friendly electricity and to sign new contracts with small and medium-sized enterprises, while meeting your sales targets. Work Tasks The role involves significant personal responsibility for achieving your own sales KPIs and shared responsibility for the department to meet its overall budget. Tasks include proactively contacting new customers mainly via phone, email, and Teams meetings. The role may also include face-to-face meetings with major clients and participation in trade fairs. The Account Manager works closely with their own department as well as with marketing, IT, billing, and operational teams. The employee is expected to... - Independently identify, contact, and actively meet potential customers. - Conduct needs assessments, - Prepare and price profitable offers tailored to customer needs and actively sign new electricity contracts, - Maintain and develop customer relationships and experiences, - Perform profitable upselling to acquired customers. We are looking for a person who: - Has excellent social skills and can communicate naturally, especially with potential customers, but also with internal stakeholders - Is able to work independently and has a strong go-get-it attitude - Is proficient in the Office suite, especially Excel and Word - Communicates fluently with customers in Finnish.
