We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our core platform services. In this role, you will combine the responsibilities of a Product Manager and a System Analyst to design and deliver reusable components and services that power our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on shared goals and manage dependencies. You will be responsible for defining plans and working with the engineering team to design robust, scalable technical solutions. Responsibilities include participating in strategic planning, developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring transparency, owning the product backlog, working with development teams, gathering and validating business requirements, describing and validating solutions, creating and maintaining documentation, analyzing service metrics, and proactively addressing problems.
