New Product Introduction Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer - GE - Remote - Global

We are looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to join our global FACTS (NPI) team. The position will be based in Noida, India. The role involves research and development of reactive power compensator systems, focusing on innovative configurations and controls to meet demanding customer requirements. Responsibilities include system design, analysis of losses, harmonic emissions, reliability, and integration of energy storage. The position offers opportunities to contribute to patents and scientific publications, working towards a sustainable future in power systems. Collaboration with teams in Finland, the US, and the UK is essential. Qualifications include MSc in Power/Control System Engineering, knowledge of electrical power engineering, control theory, power electronics, and simulation tools like PSCAD, Matlab Simulink, RTDS, or PSSE. Fluency in English and strong time management skills are required.
