Job Description
Bittium is seeking an HR professional to join as an HR Business Partner. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping people-related decisions, and driving strategic HR initiatives to support business performance and growth. The candidate will develop and harmonize HR practices, contribute to organizational capability building, leadership development, and evolve people processes. Depending on background, there may be opportunities to lead broader HR initiatives across the group. Requirements include university-level education in a relevant field, up-to-date HR knowledge, experience in diverse HR tasks, HRD, talent management, recruitment, employment law, and strong communication skills in Finnish and English. Experience with Mepco HRM is beneficial. The position is based at the headquarters in Oulu.
