Maintenance Worker - Finavia Oyj - Vantaa, Finland

Finavia is seeking maintenance workers for the 2026-2027 winter season at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport for a fixed-term contract. The Maintenance Unit is responsible for the winter and summer maintenance of the airport's outdoor areas and damage repairs, ensuring smooth and safe operating conditions on runways and other air traffic areas. Responsibilities include the maintenance of landside, airside, and other airport areas, operating various machinery and equipment, and performing machine maintenance tasks. The role involves shift work. Requirements include at least a truck driver's license (BC license), an excellent service attitude, and the ability to work as a responsible team player. Good oral Finnish skills and normal color vision are required. Experience in diverse maintenance tasks, working with various machinery in varying conditions, and English language skills are considered an advantage. Selected candidates will undergo a basic security clearance, drug testing, and a Peth test to measure alcohol consumption.
