Join an interdisciplinary SES team in Poland working on digital transformation projects for clients in manufacturing, energy, pharmaceuticals, and defense sectors. As an Industrial Solutions Architect, you will operate at the intersection of sales, architecture, and delivery, defining solutions involving SDA/PLC, SCADA, MES, and ERP layers, collaborating with sales teams, translating client needs into project scopes, preparing technical concepts, ensuring smooth project handover, supporting implementation teams, developing solution patterns, and building long-term client relationships. You should have practical experience in at least two industrial stack layers such as PLC/SDA, SCADA, MES, or ERP integrations, have worked as Solution Architect or similar in industry digitization or automation projects, be skilled in pre-sales activities, and communicate fluently in English. Preferred skills include knowledge of ISA-88/95 standards, experience with Siemens, AVEVA, Ignition, SAP, Industry 4.0, international collaboration, certifications, and German language skills for DACH region clients.
