Bar Shift Manager - Henkilöstöliiga Pirkanmaa Oy - Tampere, Finland

During the summer season, you will be responsible for the bar operations on Europe's largest rooftop terrace, and during the winter season, you will lead the daily operations of a stylish Lounge Bar. In this role, you will influence customer experience, sales, and the development of the bar concept. As a shift manager, you are the heart and engine of the bar. You ensure that service runs smoothly, the atmosphere is right, and the team has the best possible conditions to succeed. Your responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the bar during your shift, customer service and preparing high-quality drinks, planning, developing, and ideating drink menus, leading, motivating, and onboarding the team, inventory management and ensuring product availability. You have solid experience in the bar industry and a desire to take responsibility. You enjoy leading people, handling busy situations, and working towards goals. We hope that you have at least two years of experience in supervisory roles, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in busy situations, a positive, solution-oriented, and development-minded attitude, and a genuine passion for the restaurant industry, drinking culture, and experiential service.
