Business Controller CZ&SK - AFRY Finland - Remote - Global

We are looking for a new team member in Prague for the position of Business Controller. The main responsibilities include: a standalone role in business controlling, project controlling and review, supporting project managers with proposal calculations and other financial topics related to projects, monthly closing activities including revenue and work-in-progress calculations, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis for decision-making, training, and ad hoc tasks. Candidates should have a university degree, relevant experience in controlling, strong analytical skills, independence, hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, advanced MS Excel skills, proficiency in Czech and English, knowledge of Czech accounting standards (ČÚS) / CAS, and familiarity with ERP systems.
