Job Description
Vivicta is expanding its Oracle practice in Finland. We seek an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Senior Consultant to work on finance transformation initiatives with Nordic clients. Responsibilities include designing and delivering enterprise performance management solutions, client advisory, and collaboration across ERP, data, and AI teams. Requirements include at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, participation in planning or consolidation implementations, and fluency in Finnish. Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM advisory, design, and implementation projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on finance transformation, planning, consolidation, reporting, and performance management
- Drive workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery excellence
- Design models, calculations, business rules, and data integrations in Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, demos, and client presentations
- Collaborate with ERP, data, and AI teams on end-to-end transformation programs
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability growth in Finland
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM solutions
- Participation in at least one end-to-end planning or consolidation implementation
- Proven background in finance transformation and EPM processes
- Hands-on experience in model design, calculations, business rules, and data integrations
- Experience in client-facing advisory and project delivery roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Finnish is mandatory
- Professional working proficiency in English
