Foreman - Nordic Traction Oy - Loimaa, Finland

Would you like a responsible and diverse role in daily production where you can influence and engage in practical leadership? We are now recruiting a foreman for our client Nordic Traction Oy in Loimaa. As a foreman, you will be responsible for the daily management and functionality of your own production team of about 20 people. You will work closely with another foreman — both of you have your own teams but support each other in daily tasks. You will be part of a five-person production management team and participate in production planning. In your daily work, you will ensure smooth production flow and proper resource allocation for tasks, be responsible for production quality and quality assurance, and organize raw material procurement. When necessary, you will also assist with practical tasks. We expect from you We expect you to have experience in the metal industry and the ability to lead daily production in a planned and firm manner. You communicate straightforwardly and clearly, have good problem-solving skills, and are prepared to work under pressure. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English, as the team is partly international. Additionally, we hope you are a consistent, solution-oriented, and practical leader. You are willing to get involved in hands-on work when needed and adapt naturally to varying situations in daily production. Previous experience in supervisory roles and working as a front-line manager is considered an advantage.
