We are expanding our building services maintenance and are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Manager for our Tampere Property Services unit. As HVAC Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and leading your own organizational unit and customer relationships in Pirkanmaa. Your responsibilities include profitable growth and business development within your area. You will actively participate in acquiring new customers. You will manage your staff with good leadership principles, using Consti's management system, and develop expertise in your area in accordance with the business requirements and the Consti Way. The position is permanent and full-time, with working hours primarily between 7:00 and 15:30. The start date is negotiable with the selected candidate.
