Platform Software Engineer - Nexthink - Remote - Global

At Nexthink, the DevEx team enables product engineering teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently, reliably, and at scale. As a Platform Engineer, you will own, evolve, and automate our enablement platform and productivity tooling, driving improvements across our CI/CD stack to enable reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery across the organization. Software development is undergoing a significant shift — with AI-assisted workflows, agentic engineering practices, and increasingly autonomous development processes reshaping how engineers build, validate, release, and operate systems. Our platform must evolve to support this transition. You will contribute to modernizing our delivery platform to support: AI-augmented and agentic development, Automation-first engineering practices, Scalable, self-service CI/CD capabilities, Reliable build, release, and deployment workflows. Your focus will be on improving development and delivery workflows, increasing system reliability, reducing friction, and scaling engineering autonomy and productivity across the organization — while preparing our platform for the next generation of software development.
