The infrastructure department of the Municipality of Enontekiö is seeking a full-time Office Secretary. The position is within the infrastructure division under the vitality committee, and responsibilities include financial management, invoicing, customer service, and other administrative tasks. Enontekiö Water Supply Ltd contributes 50% of the workload. The duties include, among others: sales invoicing for activities under the vitality committee (e.g., land and lease rents, district heating, and land use commitments), coding and verifying purchase invoices for the vitality committee, debt collection for the municipality, assisting in the preparation and monitoring of the budget, managing purchase and sales ledgers, monitoring cash flow, assisting with financial reporting, regulatory reporting for water supply to environmental authorities, customer advice, maintaining and monitoring customer register, and other general secretarial duties for the limited company. Qualifications include a suitable lower university degree, basic knowledge of financial management, experience with sales and purchase ledgers, careful and proactive work attitude, good cooperation and customer service skills, familiarity with common financial software, with additional skills in accounting, municipal sector experience, and knowledge of Sámi language being advantageous. Employment terms are based on KVTES, with a task-specific salary of €2,763.78/month, 36.25 hours/week, including a 6-month probation, and assistance with housing.
