Regional Occupational Health Physician, South-East Finland - Terveystalo Oy - Remote - Global

In this role, you will serve as a medical expert and developer in occupational health, leading multidisciplinary cooperation and advancing shared practices at Terveystalo. You will be a key influencer in daily operations and strategic development, responsible for the competence, adequacy, and placement of occupational health doctors in the region. You will participate in quality management, customer acquisition, and tenders, as well as recruitment and long-term resource planning. You will work within a strong multidisciplinary team including nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, and other specialists, focusing on core tasks and impacting the effectiveness and quality of occupational health services. The region includes several cities such as Kouvola, Lahti, Lappeenranta, Mikkeli, and Savonlinna, with flexible work locations and approximately 60% administrative work and the rest client work. The position can be full-time or part-time, permanent, with options for remote work.
