As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will work with our clients' cloud and user environments and serve as a contact person for customers. The role involves a broad range of tasks, so we hope you enjoy diverse responsibilities and learning new skills. You do not need extensive prior experience, as we offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your expertise with the support of senior colleagues. In practice, during a workday, you might: Manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments: accounts, permissions, licenses, and basic security settings Handle user and permission management: accounts, groups, and rights (AD / Entra ID) Resolve user support tickets (L1–L2): workstation and daily operational issues Maintain Google Workspace environments internally and for clients: users, policies, licenses Install devices and applications, ensure they are operational, and provide on-site support when needed Manage IT infrastructure: monitoring, backup oversight, network maintenance, and documentation. We expect from you: Several years of relevant work experience Basic knowledge of user management: AD and/or Entra ID, permissions, and groups General IT skills and troubleshooting abilities (workstations, user issues, network management) Experience with AI tools (e.g., Cowork, Claude Code, agents) or a strong interest in learning about AI tools Excellent Finnish and English language skills A valid B driver's license Additional skills such as experience with Google Workspace, server environments, virtualization, cybersecurity, Linux, or networking are appreciated.
