The role involves performing quality assurance checks on game releases, configurations, rewards, promotional setups, certifications, and operational workflows. Ensuring all activities are executed accurately and in line with standards, identifying operational issues, supporting continuous improvement, and assisting with testing, validation, and audits. You will also create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, checklists, and process flows, support standardisation, onboarding, and automation initiatives, and work closely with various internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has previous experience in iGaming operations, QA, compliance, or product roles, strong attention to detail, organisational skills, understanding of workflows, and excellent communication.
