Your tasks include development and responsibility duties agreed upon with the chief physician of addiction services, tailored to your interests, such as developing psychosocial treatment methods for addiction services. Administrative duties account for 20% of working time, and patient work accounts for approximately 80%. In clinical work, you will work closely in multidisciplinary collaboration with addiction services and social services. Clinical work is divided among the western dependency teams of Varha in Naantali, the Masku-Mynämäki area, Laitila, and the Uusikaupunki region. Administrative work covers the entire Varha area. The work can be performed remotely if desired, and you will be trained in conducting remote consultations if needed. The qualification requirement is a license issued under the Act on Healthcare Professionals 559/94 and a specialist medical degree in a relevant field.
