We are looking for a helper operator for our client for a permanent position. Your main duties include operating and monitoring an automatic packaging line and taking overall responsibility for it. Additionally, you will support and assist operators as needed and perform various production tasks. You enjoy teamwork but are also capable of working independently on responsible tasks. Previous experience in food production or agriculture provides a good foundation for this role. You take responsibility naturally and work proactively. You do not need to be a fully trained professional – motivation and willingness to learn new things are most important. We value the ability to work physically and adapt to the conditions of a meat processing production environment. Good problem-solving and mathematical skills support success in this role, and forklift driving skills are considered an advantage. Finnish and/or English are used in the work, with at least one of the languages being fluent. The work is in three shifts on weekdays.
