Senior AI Research Engineer - Nexthink - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Senior AI Research Engineer to join our research team and help shape the next generation of AI agents at Nexthink. The role involves leading the design and development of AI agents and features, from vague problem definition to production deployment impacting millions of users. The candidate will drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, and guide the team’s technical direction, priorities, and execution. They will support and mentor engineers, explore new AI technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements include a BSc/MSc in AI, CS, Data Science or related field, 3-7+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML, strong leadership, and communication skills.
