Surgical Nurse, Helsinki Kamppi - Terveystalo Oy - Remote - Global

We are currently looking for a surgical nurse for our operating department in Helsinki, Kamppi. As a nurse in the operating department, you will perform diverse nursing tasks and develop your skills in various surgical specialties. The surgeries are mainly day surgeries or short-term treatments. The hospital is open from Monday morning to Friday evening, with no operations on weekends. The department performs a wide range of surgeries across almost all specialties, including an around-the-clock accident clinic and trauma patients. The work is primarily full-time, with shifts between 7 am and 9 pm, and you can choose to work night shifts in the recovery room. We operate on a six-week cycle, with night shifts planned in three-week cycles, considering the individual circumstances and wishes of our professionals. Compensation includes task-based pay, possible personal bonuses, and benefits. The salary is determined according to the private healthcare sector collective agreement (TPTES), classified in demanding group 4, with potential increases based on experience, skills, and location. Additional pay factors include personal contributions, special responsibilities, and annual increments (4 years +6%, 7 years +11%). Overtime pay is also provided.
