Support Specialist (svenskspråkig), Helsinki tai Oulu - Academic Work

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support within the Service Desk team of the service production. You will work closely with your colleagues and other experts to ensure customers receive the best possible service. The position offers the opportunity to solve diverse technical challenges and participate in customer onboarding and development projects. You can work either in Oulu or Helsinki in modern office facilities. Work Tasks - Technical customer service across various channels - Ensuring a high-quality, cheerful, and efficient service experience for end-users - Troubleshooting issues related to end-user workstations, mobile devices, and printers, as well as handling service requests - Identity management - Participating in onboarding and development projects We Are Looking For - Some previous experience in similar IT support roles - Practical experience with M365 and Intune products and services - Fluent skills in Swedish, Finnish, and English (spoken and written) - Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work seamlessly both in a team and independently - Courage to handle new situations and a desire to continuously develop your skills - Passion for solving complex technical problems We Appreciate If You Have - M-Files, Citrix, ServiceNow, or N-central expertise - Programming experience Recruitment Process Academic Work handles this application on behalf of the client, who prefers all questions related to the position to be directed to Academic Work.
