Job Description

As part of our Marketing & Communications organization, content plays a central role in how we engage audiences globally. We are now looking for a Producer to join our Marketing team at Polestar Headquarters in Gothenburg. In this role, you will orchestrate the production process for all organic social projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality across outputs. You will act as the bridge between creative teams and stakeholders, managing resources, schedules, and workflows to bring innovative ideas to life. As this team is the beating heart of Polestar’s content creation, the role requires adaptability, speed, and strong coordination skills. This position is located at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden and reports to the Content Production Manager. Let us describe the challenge we offer. As a Producer at Polestar, you will plan, coordinate, and oversee creative production projects from initiation through completion. You will work closely with creative teams, brand and marketing, purchasing, and external vendors to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and high‑quality delivery across multiple media formats. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, while ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Throughout the production process, you will identify and mitigate risks, facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, and ensure that procurement processes are followed in close collaboration with the purchasing department. What you'll do. You will plan and oversee the production of creative projects, ensuring efficient execution, strong collaboration, and high‑quality outcomes. You will also coordinate with creative teams, the brand and marketing department, purchasing, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and smooth execution. Furthermore you will: Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to secure required resources, talent, and equipment Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the production process Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders Ensure proper procurement processes in collaboration with the purchasing department. Key deliverables include: Detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets High‑quality final outputs across digital, print, and video media Regular status updates and reports on project progress. Who you are. You bring strong production management experience and are comfortable coordinating complex creative projects across multiple stakeholders and channels. You are experienced in managing timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining attention to detail and quality throughout the production process. To be a great fit for this position, we believe you have: Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of production processes for various media formats A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Media Production, or a equivalent experience in a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in an agency or similar environment A proven track record of successful creative projects and campaigns Experience working with both online and offline channels The ability to travel numerous times per year Can showcase a strong and relevant portfolio.
