Job Description
You are responsible for the professional execution of maintenance, repair, and servicing work on our vehicles and their components. You diagnose electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic problems using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and apply your expertise to find solutions. You perform inspections, tests, and functional checks to ensure our vehicles meet the highest quality standards. You assist in installing additional equipment and special functions according to customer requirements. You document your work carefully and contribute to continuous process improvement. Requirements include a completed training as a mechatronics technician, auto mechanic, or comparable qualification. You have solid knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics and can analyze and solve complex technical problems. Ideally, you already have professional experience as a mechatronics technician, especially in the field of commercial vehicles. You are responsible, flexible, reliable, and enjoy working independently and in a team. We offer a €1,000 switching bonus, fitness studio subsidy, pay according to tariff, up to €450 bonus per month (workshop bonus), group accident and disability insurance, 30 days of vacation, a 36-hour week with paid overtime, asset-building benefits, holiday and Christmas bonuses, leasing of company bikes and VW vehicles, and company pension scheme.
