HR Specialist - Euroports Rauma Oy - Rauma, Finland

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for local HR tasks at Euroports Finland in accordance with company processes and personnel strategy. You will support managers in a business-oriented manner, coordinate human resources, and ensure smooth HR processes. You will also participate in areas such as employment lifecycle management, HR system development, and group HR projects. Key responsibilities include employment lifecycle management (recruitment and onboarding), collaboration with managers and supporting them in HR matters, tasks related to developing employee skills, acting as superuser for HR systems (SympaHR, Oracle HCM), HR compliance and reporting, and developing employer brand together with communications. You are a good fit if you have experience in business-oriented HR tasks, ability to work flexibly on strategic and operational tasks, good interpersonal skills and relevant education, courage to express your views and challenge when necessary, desire to develop HR processes and continuously improve practices, and good oral and written skills in Finnish and English; Swedish skills are considered an advantage.
