We are looking for skilled and energetic kitchen shift supervisors for our client company in Rovaniemi. As a shift supervisor, you are responsible for the operation of the kitchen and leading the kitchen team during your shift. You ensure that your team prepares high-quality dishes and that the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen remain high. You also participate in daily work and lead your team by example. We expect from applicants: · Previous experience in the restaurant industry · Good communication and leadership skills · Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends · Good command of English, Finnish language skills are an advantage · Hygiene passport. This is a seasonal job. The season in Rovaniemi begins in September 2026, but you can start later by agreement. The need for staff lasts until April 2027. Full-time work is available during the season. Please specify in your application when you can start and how long you can work. There are multiple locations, and we will discuss them in more detail during the first interview. Salary will be based on your previous experience and education. We follow the collective agreement for Travel, Restaurant, and Leisure Services (Mara TES).
