The role involves operating automated production systems, understanding chemical processes, performing chemical analyses, conducting calculations, maintenance, repairs, and overseeing raw material and product handling. The apprenticeship offers a secure industrial job with pay according to the collective agreement, starting at about €1,250 in the first year, rising to about €2,200 in the fourth year, with shift allowances, pension, and annual bonus.
