Job Description
We are seeking a customer-oriented and development-minded social worker for adult social work in the eastern team in Tikkurila, Vantaa. The role involves assessing social service needs, planning and executing social work, and working with clients and their networks. The work requires flexibility and courage to respond quickly to changing circumstances. The team serves clients over 25 years old in the Tikkurila and Hakunila areas, and the environment is supportive with good onboarding and use of electronic tools like Apotti. The position is permanent, starting 13 July 2026 or as agreed.
