Job Description

We are seeking occupational safety specialists for our clients' projects in Northern Sweden and Southern Norway. Projects are also starting in Finland. Responsibilities include: onboarding and training workers, site and TR inspections, deviation and weekly reporting, root cause investigations of accidents and deviations, risk identification and assessment, meetings, and continuous improvement of occupational safety. Tasks may vary slightly depending on the project. To succeed in this role: - Field experience in occupational safety supervision at construction or industrial sites. Job titles may include: HSE Manager, HSE Officer, HSE Supervisor, Occupational Safety Specialist, etc. - Ability to report in Finnish and English - Knowledge of legislation - Fluent Finnish and English skills - Basic IT skills Some projects are implemented with a 7-day work / 7-day rest rotation, while others follow a regular weekly cycle.
