Responsible Supervisor, Child Protection Unit Nikkarinharju - Humana - Helsinki, Finland

We are expanding our operations and are looking for a responsible supervisor for the basic level residential unit Oksa 2 at Nikkarinharju to implement safe and high-quality child protection work. The role is permanent and full-time, mainly weekday mornings with occasional evening shifts. The supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the residential unit, ensuring care and education quality, and compliance with laws, in close cooperation with the unit manager. Tasks include coordinating client processes, guiding the team, participating in shift planning and financial monitoring, and engaging in meaningful interaction with children, families, and networks. The unit offers quality, warm, and safe accommodation for children aged 6-17 with psychiatric symptoms, trauma backgrounds, or complex neuropsychiatric conditions. The salary ranges from 2952.96 to 3331.25 euros/month depending on experience, with possible additional allowances. The role requires social and health care qualification (e.g., social worker, nurse), experience in child protection, and a criminal record check. The application deadline is 31 May 2026.
